      FAQs

Corclaim Debt is a trading name for Shakespeare Martineau Solicitors.

We have been instructed to collect a debt that you owe to one of our clients. You should contact us on the number provided, quoting the reference in the letter to discuss the matter.

Your details were supplied to us by our client and we may have conducted search enquiries to confirm your address.

Contact us immediately to prevent further action or return the letter to us. If you know their new address or other contact information such as a phone number or email address, please let us have the details.

You should let us know your financial circumstances and make an offer of payment that you can afford. We have been instructed to handle this matter by our client after they have exhausted all their efforts to resolve it with you. Please deal only with us from now on.

You can make an electronic payment (quoting the reference on our letter) to us at (add bank details), or you can make a card payment over the phone by calling the number on our letter, or you can send a cheque to the address on our letter (again quoting the reference).
